GOAL!!!!

Last night I played indoor intramural soccer at MTSU’s Rec Center. I play on a coed team, so at all times there must be three guys and three girls. Last night was by far the most difficult team we played. They were very physical and very talented. Of the four years I have played indoor, last night was the first time I have ever gotten carpet burns on my knees. I was probably fouled five times more than I regularly get fouled. The game was intense. They scored first and then we scored four goals. Then as we got tired they came back and scored three more goals, to end the game in a tie. Because of the physical nature of the game and how much both teams argued with the refs, one of the intramural managers came out and met both teams and warned us that if we played like that again, that both teams would be kicked out of the league.

All–in–all it was a great game. I finished the game with an assist and many blocked shots.
